 Do you have a pool?Local covenants restrict us having our own pool, however we have an arrangement with a local resort which is only a few hundred yards away. Our guests have free access to their outdoor heated pool.
Will we have our own bathroom?All of our rooms have bathrooms, the two en-en-suites though are the
Braveheart suite and the King Arthur suite
What size will our bed be? All rooms have a king bed or queen bed, some additional twin futons throughout, please call us at 970 586 3565 if you need a specific size of bed.
Will there be a telephone? We provide a telephone you may use for free local calls or you may purchase a
phone card for long distant calls.
Unfortunately we have no method of tracking calls so this is the simplest solution, however most people have cell phones therefore long distance is unlikely to be an issue.
Will we have a hot tub?Yes we have a 6 ft Hot tub on our upper level secluded deck.
Do you have a meditation room?Yes we have a meditation room on the top floor.
Can we get a suite instead of a room? All of our bedrooms are suites, two of them have en-suite bathrooms the other two have adjacent bathrooms.
Do you have a work out area?We have a small workout area with gym equipment adjacent to the top floor deck.
Do you accept children?Children are always welcome! however they must be supervised by their parent or guardian when using the hot tub. We also have a toy box, and a small crib for a babies
Do you accept pets?Although it seems like everyone we know has pets, it is very common for retreats not to accept pets.
We do except small pets if they are kept off the futon and bed, however this is restricted to the Braveheart suite and you will be held liable for any cleaning costs. If your pet has any accidents, pet can be on the middle deck, but not allowed to roam free all through the retreat. As an alternative Estes Park Pet Lodge currently charge $17 per night and can be contacted by calling 970 586 6898. Advanced booking is recommenced.
What time is check in and check out.Normal check in is 3:30 pm to 7 pm and check out is 10.30 am, let us know in advance if you need some flexibility with these times.
What if we need to arrive early or leave late?We can accommodate you, just let is know in advance so we can arrange staff to meet you and get you settled in. You can do this by calling us on 970 586 3565.
What are the booking payment terms?We require a 50% deposit for all bookings booked more than 1 month in
advance, or paid in full if less than 1 month by calling 970 586 3565.
Deposits can be paid by Visa, MasterCard and Discover a money order or a check.
The balance will be run on your card the week of arrival or if your deposit was paid by money order or check then your balance is due on arrival paid either with credit card or cash.
Any bounced checks will be charged a $25 processing fee.
Is there a minimum number of nights we have to stay?We have a 3 night minimum stay.
What if I need to cancel after making a reservation?Cancellations All requests for reservation cancellations or changes must be in writing, either by e-mail, fax or letter, and confirmed by The Celtic Lady's Mountain Retreat. You may simply reply to your original e-mail confirmation with your change request. Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, minus $25.00, if notice is given 30 days prior to your arrival date. On cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be held as a cancellation fee. On cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless nights are rebooked at the same rate. If someone only books 3 night and you originally booked for the week, you will be charged the remaining 4 nights, if they are not taken by someone else. Do you offer any special discounts?We offer a 15% discount on all bookings on or over 7 days.
All active full time military personal will also receive a 10% discount irrespective of the duration of their stay. How much privacy will we have?Your room walls are well insulated so noise is reduced between rooms.
All rooms and bathrooms have locks so as long as you close your door your have all the privacy you could wish for.
Is there a common room? We have the great room which is called the Robert Burns great room, we have a breakfast room to relax and enjoy the amazing views of the mountains and wildlife. An upper level mini gym and a hot tub area.
Is your retreat handicapped accessible?Yes our lower level suite would work well for a disabled person. But you would be somewhat cut off from the rest of the house, although this room is a very large room and would make a good gathering place. It does have its own shower, and their is a picnic table just outside the front where you could sit a and watch the wild life around you.
Is smoking allowed? Unfortunately not indoors, you can smoke on the decks.
What is there to do in Estes Park?Down town Estes Park is less than a 5 minute walk where you can enjoy the following:-
If your the sporty type then your spoiled for choice.
If that's a little too energetic for you then these choices may be more to your liking.
Where is parking available? Free parking is available on the property. There is a 3 car garage, please note only three cars can be parked outside the garage, in front of the retreat, at any given time, this is town ordinance which has the power to instantly close the lodge and invalidate the remained of your stay. As is excess noise that disrupts the neighbors.
Does the retreat have a fireplace? We have a very attractive 25 foot gas log effect fire within a stone fireplace in the Robert Burns great room
Can we get married at the Mountain Retreat?Rosemary is a non denominational minister therefore you can marry anywhere in and around Estes Park as long as it complies with all local regulations.
